Matt Schaub - Texans

The Texans paid a lot to get him, so they must think he has some value. He has Andre Johnson to throw to, but has little else, including an offensive line. A risk, but has the ability that could reward a fantasy owner with a solid fantasy quarterback.

Jeff Garcia - Tampa Bay

Plans to start for Tampa Bay and is a good fit for the Gruden system. Gruden made it work like a charm with the so-so veteran Gannon and turned him into a fantasy quarterback stud, so why not with Garcia?

Jamarcus Russell - Raiders

The #1 overall pick will likely start. Raiders have a solid offense around him and he has the ability to play well, but a late round for a third quarterback is about it for any rookie QB.

Brady Quinn - Browns

The hometown favorite ended up the the Browns, but it may be a couple years before he pays off. A long shot rookie to make fantasy rosters.
